We welcome toddlers from age 2, kids from 4 to 16, and adults from 17 to 60, across recreational and competitive tracks.
No. Every programme, including our adult classes, is built for complete beginners as well as returning athletes.

Batches are kept small, at 8–14 students, so every gymnast gets real individual attention from a coach.
Classes run in small groups with structured, predictable routines designed to build focus, reduce stress, and grow self-esteem through gymnastics.
We're open all 7 days: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. There's no age-wise split; one timetable applies to everyone. See the full weekly schedule.
