Ages 4–16
Kids Gymnastics in Bengaluru
Fun, engaging recreational classes that build strength, coordination and confidence — one skill at a time.
What To Expect
Progressive skill-building, grouped by age
Classes open with a warm-up and move through skill stations — floor rolls and cartwheels, beam balance basics, bar hangs and swings — before closing with a game that ties the session together. Younger children (roughly 4–10) and older kids and teens (11–16) train in separate batches, so pace and difficulty always match ability.
Every child moves through the same broad arc: foundations first, then skill combinations, then routine elements — with clear milestones along the way so progress is visible, not just felt.
- Small batches of 8–14 students
- Age-grouped classes (4–10 and 11–16)
- Beginner to advanced progression
- A clear path into Pre-Competitive Prep when ready
