What To Expect
The bridge between recreational and competitive
Pre-Competitive Prep sits between our recreational Kids Gymnastics classes and full Competitive Training. Sessions run more frequently, with tighter coaching supervision, more conditioning, and a faster progression through skill elements — lines and shapes, apparatus basics, and the landing mechanics that everything else builds on.
It's a track for kids who've shown real aptitude and interest in recreational classes and want to go further, without jumping straight into the demands of full competitive training.
