All Ages
Flexibility & Mobility
Cross-training sessions improving flexibility and reducing injury risk for any age — a strong complement to another sport, or a standalone class for anyone chasing the splits.
What To Expect
Guided, progressive stretching
Sessions move through joint-specific mobility drills and dynamic warm-ups before settling into static and PNF-style holds targeting hamstrings, hips, shoulders and the spine. Everything is guided — this isn't unsupervised stretching, it's coached progression with attention to form and safety.
It works well as a standalone class for anyone working toward a specific flexibility goal, and just as well as a complement to another sport, dance practice, or one of our other gymnastics programmes where mobility is a limiting factor.
- Open to all ages and fitness levels
- Coached, progressive stretching — not unsupervised
- Core stability and posture work included
- Pairs well with any of our other programmes
Why It Matters
What better mobility gives you
Range of Motion
Steady, guided progress toward the flexibility goals you're actually working toward.
Better Movement
Improved mobility carries over into better, more efficient movement everywhere else.
Injury Risk Down
Better range of motion is one of the simplest, most reliable ways to reduce injury risk.
Feel Great
Regular stretching is one of the most reliably mood-boosting parts of many students' week.
FAQ
Flexibility class questions
Yes. This class is built for exactly that. Stretching starts from wherever your current range of motion is and progresses gradually and safely.
It works both ways — as a standalone class for anyone chasing better flexibility, or as a complement to another sport, dance practice, or one of our other gymnastics programmes.
Flexibility gains compound with consistency — most students notice real improvement in range of motion within a few weeks of regular sessions.
